You’ll have –

  • Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow high-value partnerships with key trade partners.
  • Strong skills in negotiating commercial agreements, securing promotional buy-in, and managing expectations effectively.
  • Experience in handling complex, high-value accounts across multiple distribution channels, including OTAs, consolidators, and MICE agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive account retention and revenue growth through targeted strategies and relationship management.
  • Strong ability to analyse account performance, identify opportunities, and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with regional and global teams to align local strategies with overarching business objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate complex challenges, adapt to market changes, and proactively develop solutions to drive success.
